Mathias Coordes is the Founder, President, and Managing Broker of Ryker Capital, where he brings nearly 30 years of expertise in real estate lending, investment, and development. As a highly respected and sophisticated construction lender, Mathias personally originates over $150 million in loan volume annually, positioning himself as a leading figure in private lending across California.
Mathias began his real estate career in Aspen, Colorado, initially as an investor and broker before co-founding Aspen Private Equity Group in 2008. After relocating to California, he continued his work in private lending with one of the largest firms in the Northern San Francisco Bay Area and later co-founded The North Star Capital Fund, LLC.
His diverse background in real estate finance, structured lending, and investment strategy enables him to craft innovative financing solutions for investors, borrowers, and clients. Known for his unwavering professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and strategic vision, Mathias is adept at navigating even the most complex transactions.
While he originates loans nationwide, he specializes in markets across California, Colorado, and Hawaii.

Kevin Green

Kevin Green is the Vice President of Sales and a Broker Associate at Ryker Capital, specializing in real estate financing solutions for investors and borrowers across California and select national markets. With over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential mortgage originations, Kevin has built a distinguished career in private lending, structured finance, and real estate investment. Kevin’s extensive background includes serving as Vice President of Sales for one of the largest mortgage banking and brokerage firms in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Additionally, he spent over a decade as an Account Executive and Broker Associate at one of California’s top private money lending firms, originating private money loans across all property types.

Aisha Impey
Director of Originations & Client Relations | Ryker Capital
Aisha Impey is the Director of Originations & Client Relations at Ryker Capital, where she plays a pivotal role in streamlining loan origination, client experience, and operational efficiency. She also serves as the Licensed Executive Assistant to Mathias Coordes, ensuring seamless coordination across all facets of the firm’s lending operations.
Prior to joining Ryker Capital, Aisha built a distinguished career in investment advisory, holding both Series 7 and Series 66 Securities Licenses while working in New Jersey and California. Her experience in wealth management and structured finance provides her with a deep understanding of investment strategies and risk assessment, which she leverages to support borrowers and investors throughout the loan process.
Aisha’s background extends beyond finance—she has extensive experience in management and operations for prestigious luxury brands, including Bulgari and Gucci. Keith Hegidio is a licensed Loan Officer and serves as VP of Capital Markets at Ryker Capital, bringing over 20 years of real estate and finance experience to the firm. Keith is also a Principal and Founder of TFIC Capital Partners, a national construction lender. With an extensive background in private lending, investment structuring, and real estate finance, Keith specializes in providing tailored lending solutions for investors, developers, and borrowers seeking non-conventional real estate financing.
Before joining Ryker Capital, Keith played a pivotal role in the wholesale and private lending industry, having successfully structured over $1 billion in funding across various real estate sectors, including ground-up construction, multifamily repositioning, single-family investments, and portfolio financing. He also helped build one of Georgia’s largest wholesale real estate firms, which thrived during the mid-2000s market.
Keith’s expertise lies in strategic financing and deal structuring, ensuring that borrowers and investors secure efficient, high-yield funding to optimize their real estate opportunities. His deep market knowledge, combined with his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, makes him a trusted partner for clients seeking competitive and creative lending solutions.
